Job Summary:

An energetic, creative and detail-oriented individual, the ideal candidate has had experience supporting sales and marketing programs, events and projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. As an integral part of the team this person will be willing and able to tackle new projects and find creative and efficient ways to get the work done. This person should be a team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously to complete tasks that support various marketing goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support communication between the brand team and salesAssist with Ambassador/Advocate requestsAssist in overall program supportCoordinate with HR as neededAssist Brand and Marketing teams with program tasks as requestedCreate event recaps and reportsAs directed, work with third-party vendors on specific projects.Digital/Creative Opportunities:

Assist with collecting and sharing social media contentAssist with any video or photography needed for trainingAssist with new and existing program development and materials procurementQualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, experience could include hospitality, marketing agency experience, promotional marketing and field marketing.Any social media or digital experience is a plusExcellent communication skillsAbility to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good judgmentExcellent organizational skills a mustSelf-starter with "can do" attitudeStrong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulnessAbility to set priorities and accomplish tasksProven abilities in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Teams
