Job Description:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the growth of our company. You will have a strong understanding of the online marketing landscape and use your creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and effective campaigns. You will be a key member of the team, helping to create and maintain our brand's presence in the marketplace.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing plans for products and servicesResearch competitive products and analyze customer preferencesTrack and analyze marketing and sales data/KPI's to identify areas of improvementMonitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competitionDevelop and deploy promotional campaigns and materials to support marketing objectivesDevelop and maintain relationships with media outlets and vendorsProvide leadership to marketing team and coordinate all marketing activitiesPlan and coordinate promotional eventsMonitor budgets for marketing campaignsDesign and manage online and offline advertising campaignsEvaluate marketing performance and recommend improvementsUpdate company marketing directories and social media accountsPrepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholdersOversee the production of promotional materialsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing materialsManage and update the company's marketing databaseOther tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing and or consulting experience
• 3 + years of management experience
• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Knowledgeable on principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies
• Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
• Advanced competency in researching market trends and consumer behavior
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency and strong understanding of SEO and SEA
• Knowledge of company's current PMS is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Des Plaines, IL
