Lead the end to end promo management (promo, entry into DemandTec PE, promo price) and Accountable for end to end promotional entry validation and quality control.

Manage the execution of all Non-Perishable and Fresh Ad and Non-ad TPR's through a team of analysts in a way that maximizes profitability while maintaining sales objectives, unit volume growth and market share.

Lead Promotional and advertising Integrity to insure the highest possible level of accuracy and compliance with all scheduled Non-Perishable and Fresh promotions.

Manage diagnostics and correction of promotional issues that are identified, coordinating resolution between Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Pricing. This also includes providing the featured product headlines, selecting the proper product images, entering the projected promotional volume, entering the recommended featured price points as well as versioning the ad tactics by ad version and division.

Point person for day to day promotional execution issues that impact the store. Required to hit SLAs for store support seven days a week. Works with IT and store support to ensure and root cause breakdowns allowing the stores to focus on the customer and selling

Coordinate information flow between Category Teams, Merchandising Planning, Advertising, Marketing and Pricing.Responsible for ensuring associates create, organize and maintain promotion execution files,Responsible for communication with the Categories and stores as necessaryWork collaboratively with peers to produce the required work on a weekly basis to ensure the ad is completed accurately and on time.This involves providing training and oversight to the RepresentativesLead the team that inputs Ad versioning, image attachment, description and assigned price points from the assigned Category Teams.Manage and execute the version differences, changes and requirements in the Ad are entered accurately on time.Ensure that all ad changes communicated to entry team are executed with a sense of urgency.Process information (electronic or paper) required from Category Teams and advertising to enable promotions to be executed in the requisite systems as required.Responsible for making changes in course based on exceptions highlighted and needs agreed uponAccountable for accuracy of the promoted prices entered into systemAccountable for link of DemandTec and COPIENT ad entryWork cross functionally with Merch Planning, Non Perishables, Pricing, Marketing and Advertising.Responsible for measuring accuracy and timeliness of promo entry, driving root cause analysis & continuous improvement for the overall processResponsible for making changes in course based on exceptions highlighted and needs agreed uponResponsible for day to day leadership of all Promotional Entry Admins, including skill development, establishing clear job expectations, and managing to those expectationsResponsible for managing career development plans and supportive training programs to continue to build the skills and experiencesResponsible for exhibiting a strong performance management cultureSupervise the process for diagnosis and resolution of promotional issues as they occur, as the primary point of contact for Store Operations of any ad validation issuesCoordinate resolution through the various facets of the organization as requiredCorrect issues through the various systems in order to insure correctness of all aspects of the promotion, from execution to billingOversight & support of team in day to day executionTroubleshoot / handle conflicts with portfolio teams and Store teamsAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis based on business needs
