Seneca Holdings has an immediate opening for a talented

Manager of Internal Communications

(IC) with extensive experience in employee communications and a proven track record of effective delivery of integrated, multi-channel internal communications programs and campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications, the Manager of IC will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the organization's internal communications activities that inform and engage employees. They will deliver dynamic written and visual communications for a variety of internal audiences and channels that support Seneca Holdings' mission, values, strategy, and culture. In addition, they will also manage corporate and employee engagement events.

ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications on developing and executing the strategy of internal communication programs that inform, align, and engage employees, including the company's client site-based workforce.Acts as subject matter expert on internal communications best practices and strategies for reaching a remote workforce. Stay up to date on trends and best practices in the field and explore innovative ways to enhance outreach.Finds unique ways to tell company and employee stories by creating and publishing content such as on the company intranet, newsletters, presentations, talking points, videos, and other supporting materials as needed; ensure quality and timeliness of all written material.Creates, revises, and implements communications material that delivers key messages to target audiences through appropriate channels, ensuring consistency with branding, messaging, and communications strategies.Manages content calendar and establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content impact.Refines communications deliverables for accuracy, tone, and clarity and provides cross-team reviews.Develop standards and processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of employee and internal communications.Measure and assess the impact of communications activities; use data to make decisions on future communications.Manages internal and external events.Manages Marketing & Communications team members and conducts annual performance reviews.Builds strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, executives, and partners.Supports Seneca Holdings' Core Values and culture of diversity and inclusion.Other duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and overseeing multi-faceted internal communications initiatives.Minimum of 2 years with direct report responsibility.Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or 8+ years of experience in a related field.Federal contracting experience preferred.Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills and proven expertise as a creative writer, copy editor, and storyteller.Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, presence, and tact with proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.Ability to cultivate, manage, and leverage relationships, including with senior leadership and cross-functional project stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.High attention to detail and the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously.Experience with MS Office 365 and internal communications software (e.g., Contact Monkey), preferred.Experience managing, aggregating, and reporting performance metrics.Ability to travel as required, estimated up to two times per quarter.
