**Job Description:**We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join Mascot Sports. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our marketing, events, and content teams to create visually compelling materials that align with our brand and engage our audience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and design creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, event branding, promotional materials, presentations, and more.Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches.Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Mascot Sports, and all client events/programs, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.Conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the sports, music, or entertainment industry.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Passion for sports, music, and culture is a plus.**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with motion graphics and video editing.Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.Familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends.**What We Offer:**
