As we further develop our SaaS offering and expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Program Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Program Manager will be a crucial member of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the VP, Growth & Brand Marketing. This role involves overseeing and coordinating cross-functional projects among the Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing teams. You will manage project timelines, facilitate regular team meetings, and ensure strategic goals are met, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Project Management & Coordination:Plan and coordinate marketing projects, including digital campaigns, events, and product launches, coordinating between Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing teams.Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project alignment and effective communication.Monitor project progress and tasks, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Organize, schedule, and coordinate team off-sites and other marketing-related events.Performance Analysis:

Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs.Leverage data analytics to optimize ongoing and future marketing strategies.Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to refine marketing strategies.Work closely with external partners and vendors to develop and execute marketing programs.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on program management and strategic planning, preferably within the B2B sector.Exceptional project management skills, including experience with project management software.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Details
