Director of Marketing
will spearhead the firm's marketing strategies and lead the marketing team. Reporting directly to the Firmwide Managing Partner, the role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the firm's profile.
Key responsibilities include managing digital and social media marketing efforts, overseeing the firm's website and social media channels, and directing integrated marketing campaigns. The Director will also handle event planning, media interactions, and the development of email newsletters. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be crucial to adjust marketing strategies effectively.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent writing skills, and experience with online marketing and RFPs. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business, along with 5-10 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, is required. The position involves physical activities like lifting up to 10 pounds and standing or bending occasionally.
