Develop annual local marketing plans in partnership with Doctor, Practice Director, and media team to deliver against new patient goals and community awareness.Manage multimillion dollar marketing budget which includes doctor referral marketing, school/community partnerships, sponsorships, digital media, social media, local PR and traditional media such as radio, billboards, direct mail, and local store marketing.Oversee all media allocation and calendar planning for all locations in assigned region.Responsible for monthly reporting and hindsight's.Collaborate in the creation and implementation of the annual promotional and event calendar.Develop local promotions and events to drive incremental leads.Oversee the planning and support of grand opening and anniversary events.Develop first-hand knowledge of market dynamics and opportunities by spending time in the market identifying potential business and corresponding marketing programs.Manage the ongoing local market competitive analysis and reporting.Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop and execute marketing strategy for assigned region, supporting production volume of in excess of $30mSubmit and track all new vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, and payments Accounts Payable.What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Five (5) years of experience working in a field marketing or a related sales/marketing roleIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat.Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.This is the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding organization!
