Job Description

About the Role

The E-commerce & Retail Marketing Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Retail Business Development Manager to create and maintain accurate and compelling e-commerce and store related marketing content for a desired range of products and activities that provides for an engaging, profitable, and rapidly growing business. S/he/they will work on all aspects of the day-to-day business operations that include e-commerce & retail marketing & communication content and relationships, customer service, brand collaborations, and store events.

S/he/they will demonstrate a background of working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, geographic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, using a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible approach.

Essential DutiesCoordinate ongoing content development sourcing and production activities with suppliers, photographers, graphic designers, and other creatives that are aligned to meet planned merchandising and marketing deadlines.Execute a weekly turn of e-commerce content for new products to a "live" status on The Huntington Store website.Maintain well organized, accurate, and up to date database information and digital asset storage.Assist with planning, content development, and staging of store marketing activities that include ongoing store newsletters, a variety of social media format posts, staging and participating in unique events, signage, digital advertising, and other sales initiatives.Inform internal store teams (Operations, Merchandising, Salesfloor, etc.) in a timely matter of upcoming digital marketing and store communications content to ensure awareness and proper planning of resources and training to support successful and rewarding outcomes.Assist with all aspects of preparation and execution of photography shoots & cataloging photos.Assist in sustaining activity and engagement and cultivating profitable conversion on store social media accounts.Support e-commerce fulfillment and customer service activities as needed to meet operational goals and maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction.Candidate Requirements and Experience

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must possess excellent communication skills in person, by email, and phone and can navigate in a cross-departmental environment.Familiarity with back-end of e-commerce platforms required. Shopify e-commerce platform experience is a plus.Excellent social media and content development skills across a wide range of formats and platforms strongly desired.Demonstrated understanding and capacity to deliver engaging and memorable customer service experiences with both in-store and online customers.Must be organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and can multi-task.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Knowledge of Salesforce and SEO a plus.Compensation & Benefits
