Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising and Experience (VME)

to join our North America Marketing team.

The Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising and Experience (VME) is accountable for translating global VM strategies and bringing product stories to life in the Americas, creating positive consumer engagement in Crocs Retail and Wholesale environments. This role demands an understanding of the retail landscape and the ability to build VM and brand experience strategies and tactics throughout the region. The Sr. VME demonstrates understanding of consumer insights, brand cohesion, shopping behaviors and customer journeys.

This role will support Retail and Wholesale stores in US, Canada and Brazil, and work closely with cross functional partners including Global Visual Merchandising, regional merchandising, regional marketing, regional sales etc. The role is part of the North America Marketing team. The position reports to the VP, Marketing, Americas. The Sr Manager, Visual Merchandising and Experience oversees a team of direct reports.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with Global VM Director in establishing visual merchandising annual strategy and playbooks by channel.Establish regional Go to Market (GTM) calendar, process and in-store storytelling for VME. Ensure alignment with global VM and Marketing calendars. Align with global team on regional deviations.Ensure brand cohesiveness through strong integration of channel visual standards, while driving alignment with global standards.Review store execution quarterly to ensure high standard of product presentation, to understand challenges and identify solutions, and implement needed solutions/training tools.Adapt global store design elements to keep pace with the evolving needs of the business and support region-specific design solutions and ideations, tailoring them to unique regional requirements maintaining global consistency standards.Provide regional market insights/ intelligence each season, by channel. Identify and share best practices in retail and wholesale environments.Establish regional training annual program aligned to global initiatives and in region needs.Supports the evolution of the Store Design Playbook for distribution among regional teams and external partners.Handle the department budget and analyze investments to ensure positive ROI. Develop performance metrics and measurements for programs.Lead & develop hard-working team. Develop skills and capabilities within the team and champion career development.What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.9+ years of retail or visual merchandising experience in the footwear/apparel industry.Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Sketch Up)Strong Merchandise presentation skills and experience in crafting documents, seasonal directives, or planograms.Excellent time management and organization skills.Authentic interest in the retail industry and knowledge of various service models. Stays up to date on competitive visual and activation trends to glean best practices.Ability to work closely with functional and cross-functional team members and strive toward a unified vision.Proven agility to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
