StraighterLine is seeking a digital marketing creative director to support the B2C side of the business for website design, landing pages and digital campaigns, such as email, paid social, landing page and more. This role will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of our B2C acquisition marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who is skilled in generating design solutions for both website and digital advertising. This role will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and support the organization with design work across all marketing channels and will be the company's brand champion to comprehensively drive our brand positioning and messaging both internally and externally to the industries and audiences we serve. This individual will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and outside contractors and designers to ensure cohesive and impactful creative strategies. The role requires an individual with a strong design experience and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute, in addition to leading the creative direction for the B2C and digital marketing side of the business.

Responsibilities

Drive creative strategy and vision for the B2C digital marketing side of the StraighterLine business, including developing and executing creative strategies for B2C marketing campaigns across full-funnel digital channels (paid media, landing page, email).Execute key design projects (including static and video) as directed by team, such as SL website design, paid social creative, landing page designs and email designs as needed.Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity that resonates with our target audience across the full user-journey.Develop a full understanding of StraighterLine personas to lead and direct all creative and graphic activities to drive engagement and results via the website and promotional assets.Work collaboratively with the marketing and content/copy team to define and create concepts that will drive results across omni channel campaigns (social, website, landing pages, paid media, email) and to both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences.Oversee designers to ensure seamless user experience for website, landing pages and ad creatives.Partner with the brand marketing team to develop to ensure B2B marketing and B2C creative are cohesive and elevate our market presence.Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure all marketing materials within the learning management platform align with overall brand guidelines.Requirements

Bachelor's degree required with a major in graphic design, design or related fieldMinimum 8+ years of experience in graphic design, video and/or art direction, ideally in a corporate environment working as part of a larger marketing team.Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a creative team or creative contractors.Experience designing and/or leading paid social media campaign creative successfully.Successfully lead branding or rebranding projects within a corporate environment.Proficiency in using design software applications, and specifically Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Canva and/or other video editing softaware.Experience with project management tools such as AsanaAbility to work autonomously and effectively make decisions with minimal supervisionExperience in the higher ed or early childhood education industries is a plus.Positive, can-do attitude; growth mindset
