The Director of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for setting up and managing an overall marketing analytics strategy, including but not limited to driving the marketing data agenda (spanning governance, marketing performance measurement, data management), managing programmatic buying strategy, and building and overseeing a team of employees for assigned functional areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain the data strategy and processes that allow for most effective marketing activation.Synthesize analyses, identify root causes, and develop plans for optimization pertaining to marketing and other core business initiativesContinuously analyze and optimize key growth metrics, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions.Develop and apply analytical algorithms and methods to improve buying power, optimize call flow / delivery, achieve greater profitability, etc.Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.Facilitate data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

A Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.10+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, reporting, or related quantitative roles.Experience working with media mix modeling/pricing, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort/time series analyses, regression models, and more.Experience with analytics tools, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, etc).Experience with one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Domo, Looker, Tableau)The ability to take ambiguous, unstructured problems and solve them in a data supported mannerStrong communication skills to deliver information effectively and influence all levels of managementPreferred Skills/Abilities:

Experience in insurance marketingExperience in call center organizations or pay per call marketingPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
