Marketing Manager
What You’ll DoManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work product andrelevance to client decisionsProvide thought leadership and innovation within marketing projects and acrosspractice areasDrive business and support ZS's new client pursuits through research andstrategy development, supporting marketing practice offerings in portfoliostrategy, market assessment, and early commercializationEstablish and maintain client relationships with key decision makers to drive newbusiness developmentDrive intellectual capital and solution development, contributing to ZS'sproprietary methodologies, innovative solutions, and overall practice capabilitiesthrough recruitment, training, and internal initiatives.Oversee project lifecycle from proposal development to final delivery, ensuringadherence to quality and profitability targets
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent field; MBA oradvanced degree highly desirable8+ years of marketing strategy experience in consulting, with prior managementconsulting experience preferredDemonstrated success in business development and strong interpersonal skillsProven leadership experience and executive-level presenceStrong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior experience in market research or agency environmentHistory of client impact and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyEnglish fluency preferredPerks & Benefits:ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
