We are seeking to hire an Art Program Manager for our Art Studio Development Team. This individual will lead program management and a team of Art Development Specialists and Coordinators. They will work closely with the Sales Team, Art Development, and Art Studio Operations teams to ensure projects are optimized, on-time, and well-communicated. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously and understands the time-sensitive nature of the product development cycle.

In This Role
  • Drive Art Studio programs and initiatives
  • Lead, facilitate, and prioritize art project planning; ensure the Art Development Team delivers on timeline commitments
  • Optimize and support the art development process by introducing best practices to manage, report, and track goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Art Development Specialists and Art Coordinator to achieve individual and team goals in alignment with business objectives
  • Provide leadership best practices to manage key projects and deliverables
  • Help manage projects and optimize the Monday.com project management tool and additional resources
  • Identify required activities to successfully drive art programs, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place
  • Track program deliverables, milestones, and action items
  • Analyze data, assess existing processes, and draw insights to help form the core strategy for the Art Development Team
  • Manage projects across various functions in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and present recommendations to all levels of the organization
  • Build internal and stakeholder presentation materials
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Domestic travel as needed, up to 6 trips per year

The Ideal Person
  • 4 years of prior management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example
  • Proven track record of building positive and collaborative working relationships
  • Experience influencing business decisions
  • 6+ years' experience in managing complex projects and critical cross-functional projects/programs
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, PowerBI)
  • Passion for project management, strategy, and program management
  • Goal-oriented, independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player who is able to prioritize, manage, and execute various projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with wall art a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
