Job Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Marketing Director and works collaboratively with teammates and internal partners to execute on a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will work collaboratively with teammates and internal partners. You will lead the operational excellence of our marketing team, including daily operations, project management, budget management, compliance, and the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations and project management, an ability to influence others, and an aptitude for technology. The person in this role also: Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.

Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description's essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Shape and lead marketing operations, including the execution of strategic plans, work management processes, budgeting, resource allocation, reporting, documentation, and vendor management.
• Oversee the marketing team's project management practices, including intake, resource allocation, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Lead and support project execution ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal partners, marketing colleagues, and marketing vendor partners. Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, manage vendor relationships, and ensure vendor accountability and deliverability.
• Oversee best practices for regulatory compliance within the marketing function, monitor regulations for changes impacting marketing, and work with Compliance and Legal to ensure alignment.
• Fulfill internal and external audit requests and support the team's plan for risk mitigation and business continuity.
• Provide training for team members on work management, project management methodologies, marketing compliance, procedures, and marketing technology.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing required.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing marketing operations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience in project management. Highly organized and results oriented. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Workfront) and other marketing technologies (Digital Asset Management, marketing automation, etc.). Experience with budget management and financial reporting. Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor others.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Some travel required.
