Our 100+ stores, booming e-commerce business and a fast-growing subscription box service, Trendsend, reach over one million customers every year.

Living our core values and treating everyone with HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity) creates a shared purpose and collaborative community-and it's also a key part of our success. Join our team to help shape the future of an ever-growing, ever-evolving brand!

As the Sr. Manager, Creative Social Content, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a creative content strategy embodying Evereve's voice, tone and brand aesthetic across social platforms, with a primary focus on Meta, Pinterest and TikTok (and others as needed). Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead your team with the shared goal of driving meaningful engagement, increased brand awareness, and significant audience growth. You are a storyteller and an out-of-the-box thinker with a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a commitment to collaboration.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading editorial and concept research to partner with the social art director in producing social content and materials for the current and prospective Evereve audience.
  • Constantly researching social media channels, understanding the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform (and how they are constantly evolving); know how to utilize this information in formulating content strategy
  • Identifying and creating social brand pillars, guidelines, and standards
  • Planning and managing the social + SMS content calendars
  • Facilitate ongoing planning and manage day-to-day social content creation execution, including proactive problem solving and finding creative solutions.
  • Identify quick turn content opportunities to leverage/create and layer into the long range content cadence.
  • Creating work that drives reach, reputation, and revenue through ongoing engagement.
  • Become an expert in the customer and the voice for them, knowing and anticipating what they want to see and crafting social content to speak to this.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams including Creative, Marketing, Studio and Styling, as well as external partners like freelance creators and photo/video production vendors.
  • Interpreting briefs from marketing partners; assist in building briefs as needed.

You:
  • Are a creative critical thinker with a customer first mindset
  • Are comfortable wearing multiple hats - you can see the big picture but don't mind being in the weeks of the conversations happening every day on social media.
  • Have a commitment to smart and engaging storytelling, social listening, and creating meaningful experiences for a diverse audience.
  • Are innately curious and are constantly looking for the new and next in social media.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communicative skills, sound leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Are flexible, quick thinking and adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a strong writer with editorial experience
  • Have a high taste level, love fashion and closely follow market trends.
