The inriver Global Marketing team is a diverse and ambitious group distributed across North America, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Tasked with elevating the inriver brand within the PIM industry and driving new business pipeline, the Global Marketing team plays a critical role in achieving inriver's growth goals in the coming years and beyond. We are seeking highly collaborative, data-driven, and solutions-oriented individuals to join us on the journey to making inriver the #1 leading PIM in the enterprise and mid-size market.

The Role:

As the Senior Manager, Partner and Customer Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and driving pipeline growth within our partner and customer communities. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including partner management, customer success, and various marketing disciplines to ensure inriver delivers a best-in-class experience. This role is pivotal in generating new business pipeline from mid-market and enterprise manufacturers and retailers across North America and Europe, while also driving customer retention and upsell opportunities through tailored marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Partner Marketing Program:Develop comprehensive partner co-marketing strategies in collaboration with the partnerships team to drive new business pipeline.Cultivate strong relationships with priority partners, positioning inriver as a preferred PIM provider.Execute partner communications including email campaigns, webinars, and meet-ups.Lead and Manage Customer Marketing Program:Define and implement customer marketing strategies in collaboration with customer success to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.Segment customers and develop tailored marketing plans aligned with their growth potential.Coordinate customer engagement activities such as email communications, product launches, and advisory boards.Across Both Programs:Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute partner and customer marketing plans across multiple channels.Monitor and optimize marketing campaign performance based on data-driven insights.Manage a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing leadership and development opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and optimize partner and customer marketing efforts.Requirements:

5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on partner and customer marketing in B2B SaaS.Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and partner/customer needs.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Experience managing and developing a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Bonus Skills:

Experience with product information management (PIM) solutions, particularly the inriver platform.Proficiency in content marketing, social media strategies, and digital marketing.International marketing experience with global teams.Salary:

Starting salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidates qualification and experience, beginning with an annual salary of $110,000.
