We are driven by our passion to do great work with great clients that are truly changing lives.The Role:The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional Brado teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and delivery of high-quality results. Specifically, this role manages the set up and monitoring of conversion tracking, manages tracking tags, conducts quality assurance checks and oversees the trafficking process.Basic Responsibilities:Audit process workflow and media enablement, platform implementation, and digital architectures.Identify and deliver operational process improvements and cost savings through workflow definition, platform audits, and process engineering and automation.Confirm operational best practices, embedding media expertise into workflow definitions and project timelines (client and deliverable expectations, turnaround times, client escalations, client-facing deliverable consistency)Work closely with accounting team to implement improved media billing and reconciliation processes, including implementing new technology to automate processes.Oversee the setup and maintenance of conversion tracking to ensure accurate tracking of key metrics and performance indicators.Manage the end-to-end process of creating tags and triggers in GTM, ensuring proper firing of all elements.Implement and manage tracking tags, including pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing tags, working with third-party ad servers or tag management platforms as necessary.Implement and maintain floodlight tags for tracking conversions, remarketing, and other key metrics across multiple platforms.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure correct ad display across different devices, browsers, and platforms, and verify proper functioning of landing pages and tracking tags.Manage the trafficking process, scheduling, and delivering ads to publishers or ad networks according to the campaign schedule and targeting criteria.Create and manage UTM parameters to accurately track campaign performance and attribution.Develop and lead the implementation of automated reporting solutions in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI as required.Apply best practices in data visualization to develop compelling client-facing dashboards.Develop and align clear reporting objectives that address both campaign and client business objectives.Serve as the internal expert on all data used in media reporting, explaining definitions and nuances to internal teams and clients.Establish and maintain credibility and trust with clients regarding our reporting and analytics.Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.RequirementsAligns with our values: People, Commitment, Aspiration, Trustworthiness & Impact.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media marketing measurement.Proficient in Proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau.Comfortable working with a variety of data sources: Google Suite (Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.Familiarity with AI, ML, and NLP concepts.Experience with SQL, API, and website technologies.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
