We are a busy showroom looking for a talented, hardworking individual to add to our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer/Salesperson located in Gambrills, MD. The Kitchen and Bath Designer/Salesperson will be responsible for designing kitchen and bath layouts, cabinetry, countertops and installation coordination. The Designer/Salesperson will also provide excellent customer service, and communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors.QualificationsKitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry skillsExcellent customer service, communication, and sales skillsAbility to read blueprints, plans, and specificationsExperience designing kitchens and bathrooms with software programs such as AutoCAD, 20/20, or similarExperience working on commercial and residential projectsFamiliarity with building codes, safety requirements, and ADA guidelinesExperience preferredBase Salary + 12% commission on gross marginInsurance stipendVacationand more
