Position Summary
Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a premier out-of-home food and beverage convenience services provider, is in search of a self-driven individual that is eager to contribute and bring new ideas. The successful candidate will join our corporate office at one of the industry’s fastest growing operators! The role will be involved with the creation of marketing materials via social media, flyers, and promotional advertisements.
Key Tasks
Collaborate with department leadership and teams to complete design projects
Assist with the development of graphics and content for social, digital, and print marketing materials
Assist with other brand management and development related tasks and projects as needed
Aid in the coordination and execution of company-wide, community, and Feeding the Future events
Additional related duties, responsibilities, and projects are subject to assignment
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related field (Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, etc.)
Technology experience using cloud-based programs and all primary Microsoft Office applications
Minimum design software experience using Canva required; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Portfolio for review expected at or before interview
Understanding of the basic functionality of social media platforms and phone applications
Basic understanding of promotional material as related to retail sales is a plus

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, inside and outside the company
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
High levels of organization and attention to detail to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously and complete on deadline with quality work
Ability to be proactive on projects and bring new ideas to the table
High levels of self-directedness, determination, persistence, and optimism
Able to receive, absorb, and implement criticism on work to grow and improve
