* This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; Denver, CO; or Frisco, TX. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales channel strategies which promote company growth. This role is responsible for developing strategies and business cases for all services and product innovations and current product optimization, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, etc. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager will work with multiple internal and external groups such as Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Operations to define and implement strategic vision. Lead the discovery phase for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. Job Responsibilities: * Development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Broadband portfolio. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer insight and business performance, development of promotional offers and brand value proposition and performance management in quarter. * Implement quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless execution of offers in market and performance management. * Responsible for finding opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer struggles. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to capture new customers. * Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment. * Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including data extraction from ERP systems, analysis, modeling tool input and output analysis / reporting * Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customer-centric story. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers to improve channel performance. * Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment * Manages business performance including tracking of results, preparing contingencies and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environmen * Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed *

Education: Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree or equivalent experience/Advanced Degree preferred

Work Experience: 6-10 Years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods * Driving strategy cross functionally * Analyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Strong understanding of broadband services and products. (Preferred) * Ability to lead planning cycle in fast paced and highly competitive industry with collaborative approach. (Preferred) * Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods (Preferred) * Experience in defining and leading marketing strategies. (Preferred) * Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets. (Preferred) * Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas. (Preferred)
