Jr. Graphic Designer

Purpose of the Job We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer specializing in retail POP displays, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that enhance the retail experience and promote client products effectively. Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing and functional POP display designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Develop initial concepts and iterate designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients. Produce detailed renderings, mock-ups, and prototypes to present design concepts effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, sourcing, and production to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, retail design and POP displays. Assist in preparing production-ready files and documentation for manufacturing and procurement. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on retail POP displays or related fields (internship experience will be considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with 3D rendering software (3ds Max) is a plus. Knowledge of print production processes and materials used in POP displays preferred. Portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions preferred.
