Cogent is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our LA Office. The role requires 2 years experience with hands on social, digital and influencer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things pop culture. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with social media and influencer campaigns as part of Cogent's Talent Team.Key Responsibilities:Sources and vets relevant Influencers to engage per campaignWorks with team to ideate and execute from creative brief through campaign executionBuilds relationships with talent agents/agenciesActs as a liaison between talent agents and clientResponsible for client facing campaign recapsMonitors industry trends and stays on top of the latest innovations, tech trends, news and moreWorks seamlessly with the Talent team and key senior management to bring programs to lifeAn expert and/or passion for the fashion, beauty, pop-culture and social/digital spaceContributes to the agency's overall company culture, atmosphere and exudes a positive outlookSkills & Abilities:Knowledge in the fashion, beauty, pop-culture and social/digital spaceExperience and understanding of social media best practices and analyticsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essentialStrong time management, organizational skills and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple programsGo-getter with a willingness to learnGreat interpersonal skills and experience supporting and working within a team environmentCogent World is an equal-opportunity employer.
