Responsibilities:One who can lead and work with a team, manage project workflow from concepting thoughtful on brief ideas, through layout and design to finish production.Comfortable talking through their thought process and approach to the project work.The ability to concept and create a POV from Insight to idea.Work with a team bringing thoughtful ideas, through layout and design to finish production.Own the role of ACD on multiple projects at onceEnsure quality of error-free design deliverables that ladder up to conceptEnsure design meets brand standardsWork with various disciplines to ensure on time deliveryComfortable with presenting to clientsTakes constructive criticismCollaborative work ethicExperienced multi-taskerBe a source of inspiration, positivity and creativity to direct reports and othersAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite program skillsPhotoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, requiredPremiere, AfterEffects, UX and UI nice to haveQualifications:7+ years of experienceMix of hands on design as well as mentorship and leadershipManagement experience needed
