As a privately owned company, Beurer operates in over 50 countries and is rapidly expanding in the US, with our products available in drugstores, mass-market retailers, grocery stores, and specialty shops.Your Impact:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to join our mid-sized team in Hollywood, Florida. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for commercial marketing strategies across the core portfolio of products and new product developments. The Marketing Director will partner and cross-collaborate with Sales, e-commerce, Media, Creative, Operations, and R&D to deliver annual revenue and margin goals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic and analytical thinker who has a passion for building mission-driven brands.Responsibilities include:Develop and Implement an Overall Marketing Strategy:Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors in our retail channels.Define clear marketing objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.Identify optimal marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively.Collaborate with Sales to align marketing strategies with business goals.Support retail and e-commerce sales with national and retailer-specific marketing strategies.Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns:Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.Create compelling content and oversee production to ensure consistent brand messaging.Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to develop marketing materials and assets.Develop in-store displays, POS materials, signage, and renderings to support Sales presentations.Brand Management:Support the development of line review materials for retailer sell-in of new products and expansion opportunities that unlock growth for the business.Become a subject matter expert on the brand, consumer, and portfolio to help inform day-to-day decisions on the business.Collaborate cross-functionally to routinely evaluate the performance of products in the market to refine plans, SKU strategy, and maximize growth opportunities.Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and positioning.Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Develop packaging guidelines specific to the US market.Update corporate presentations and identify opportunities for brand improvement.Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across campaigns and initiatives.Monitor expenses and track ROI to ensure cost-effective strategies.Use data-driven insights to optimize spending and maximize results.Marketing Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and metrics.Generate reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.Continuously improve strategies based on insights and performance data.Team Management and Collaboration:Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks and providing guidance.Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork.Collaborate with departments such as retail sales, e-commerce, and product development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Support retail and e-commerce sales with national and retailer-specific marketing strategies.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).Proficient experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a background in merchandising preferred.Proven experience as a Marketing Director/Manager or similar role in a small to mid-sized company.Strong expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of the many variables that contribute to sustainably growing a brand and business.Experience pulling, analyzing, and visualizing Nielsen and/or IRI data.Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Why You Will Love Working with Us:Excellent Health Benefits:100% paid health coverage for employees; 50% for spouse and childrenDental and vision insuranceEmployer Paid Life InsuranceSupplemental insurance options including Accident Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability401(k) matching up to 4% with immediate vesting of pretax or post-tax deferralsHybrid work model (Remote/Office) - 3 days in office / 2 at homeCompetitive pay20 days PTO and paid holidaysLearning & development opportunities for professional and personal growthDog friendly office - please bring your best buddy to workJoin Our Team:If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to drive impactful marketing initiatives, apply now for the Marketing Director position.Beurer provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected Veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
