Technical Interior Designer

with a proven track record in workplace projects to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives from concept through to completion, leveraging their expertise to create inspiring and efficient workspaces that align with client objectives and industry best practices.Responsibilities will include:- Lead and manage workplace design projects, including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather relevant data for design proposals.- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client goals, brand identity, and workplace culture.- Produce high-quality presentations and design documentation, including 3D renderings, material boards, and finish schedules.- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance throughout the design process.- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on workplace projects. **internships not included**- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of workplace design projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.- Excellent understanding of space planning, furniture systems, and ergonomics.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- LEED accreditation is a plus.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.- Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.-Summer Fridays-Generous PTO-ESOP
