Job Title: Senior UX DesignerDuration: 3 months contractLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid onsite 3x per week)Required Pay Scale: $60 - $65**Must have a portfolio**Mid to Senior level UX Designer with strong compelling and modern portfolio. Someone very passionate about design and artistry.Supporting on a short term enterprise initiative that involves designing on a Desktop application - Custom build application they are building in react in house. Primarily within the Auto Dealer space but auto financing and auto payments related.Senior UX Designer Role:Collaborate with UX, business, and IT teamsDevelop intuitive user interface designs for web and mobileSenior-level leadership role with a focus on integrity and servant leadershipAbility to articulate design decisions and represent design directionResponsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders for best-in-class digital experiencesAdvocate for UX standards and methodsInterface with leadership to drive product directionLead colleagues in co-creation and process improvementSkills Required:5+ years in digital user experience designExperience in UX Design with FigmaMastery in UX design principles, wireframing, and prototypingProficiency in industry-standard design toolsExperience designing Information ArchitectureExperience with design systems and operationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in UX or related field or equivalent experienceAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
