As the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll help shape the narrative of our vibrant bar and entertainment spaces. Collaborate with our team to promote unforgettable social experiences, highlighting our commitment to community and exceptional service.Role DescriptionSeeking a skilled Director of Digital Marketing to join our team to spearhead the brand's online presence across all platforms. As the leader of social media strategies, you'll craft engaging campaigns while supervising regional marketing managers to ensure a cohesive brand narrative. Your expertise will drive our online visibility through Social, SEO, SEM, and strategic digital investments, all aligned with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve our business goals.Oversee the management of all digital channels (including social media platforms) to ensure brand consistency.Create and manage content for social media channels, websites, and loyalty marketing campaigns.Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates on social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.Manage and monitor social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.Manage regional marketing managersQualifications8+ years experience in digital marketing and SEO/SEMSolid experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and web analyticsExperience with Paytronix and Sprout Social is a plusProficiency in digital marketing strategies and tacticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the food, restaurant barBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
