Responsibilities PepsiCo is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help drive and execute the marketing agenda for our South Divisions Foodservice customers in assigned channels. This role provides a great combination of Marketing, Commercialization, Activation, and Media experience.

You will work with customers and key internal PepsiCo stakeholders to strategically evaluate business opportunities, and to develop and execute consumer-relevant marketing programs across our foodservice beverage portfolio. The key to success will be aligning and executing marketing programs grounded in consumer insight which positively impact PepsiCo and the customers brand equities while also driving sales. In addition to the experience of working with some of the most dynamic and innovative brands in the PepsiCo beverages portfolio, this role will develop leadership skills in key areas such as collaboration and influencing through interaction with internal and external leadership, cross-functional connections across the PepsiCo organization, and creative problem-solving within customer team dynamics, dealing with ambiguity, and driving for results.

Responsibilities * Own the customer call and lead the marketing agenda for select priority foodservice channels and accounts within the division * Lead execution of channel specific annual operating plan as assigned * Support cross-functional customer joint business planning process on key accounts * Support new business pitches * Become a PepsiCo brand portfolio expert, leveraging in-depth knowledge of company brand priorities, products and assets, relevant market research, and analysis of competitive activity to deliver best-in-class solutions to marketing needs * Apply in-depth understanding of consumer insights and business analytics, including sales trends, demographic/psychographic trends, consumer perceptions/attitudes, need states, motivations, and purchase/consumption behavior to advance the business * Amplify and localize national programs with South properties and assets * Manage assigned budgets and evaluate ROI for all programs spend

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medica , Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications * Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) with minimum 5-7 years of experience with consumer-packaged goods or foodservice industries; MBA with a concentration in Marketing is a plus * Prior customer marketing management/account management experience is a plus * Proven expertise in leading IATs, and ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional team members within a matrixed environment * Prior experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns * Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with key stakeholders * An analytic, strategic thinker who is self-confident, flexible, and demonstrates a sense of urgency
