Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and budget constraints.Designing custom kitchen layouts and cabinetry solutions that align with the client's vision and functional requirements.Presenting design concepts to clients using visual aids, including 3D renderings and sample materials.Assisting clients in selecting cabinetry styles, finishes, hardware, and other design elements.Providing expert advice on space utilization, storage solutions, and design trends.Creating detailed project quotes and estimates, ensuring accuracy and transparency.Coordinating with the manufacturing team to ensure the seamless execution of design plans.Supporting the retail sales process by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Design Expertise: Proven experience in kitchen design with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and functional design skills.Knowledge: A solid understanding of cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware, and design principles.3D Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software and design tools for creating 3D renderings and layout plans, preferably Winner Flex.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design work, project quotes, and client interactions.Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing and sales, to deliver exceptional results.Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current design trends, cabinetry innovations, and interior design practices.Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, open-mindedness to accept feedback, and ability to take constructive criticism.
