Job Description:Manage crucial vendor relationships, ensuring efficient collaboration, quality of service delivery, and optimal vendor performance for program success.Develop and deliver targeted enablement strategies to equip our team and partners with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective program execution.Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of marketing initiatives.Lead program execution initiatives, overseeing project planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring to achieve program objectives and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:Lead project planning and execution for assigned programs, effectively delegating tasks and managing timelines for smooth execution.Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.Monitor vendor performance, evaluate service quality, and address issues proactively to ensure maximum value and program success.Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to build knowledge, skills, and confidence for effective program execution.Develop comprehensive enablement plans tailored to the needs of the team and program partners.Track results through key performance indicators and implement data-driven adjustments to achieve program objectives and deliver consistent success.Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of enablement efforts, refining and adapting strategies to optimize learning and performance.
Mandatory:6+ years in marketing operations and project mgmt.Highly skilled in digital transformation, integrated global marketing strategies, and campaign execution.Experience with establishing marketing performance reporting cadence.Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training content and facilitate knowledge transfer.Proficient in project planning, task delegation, and timeline management to ensure timely project completion.Skilled in identifying and resolving potential roadblocks, adapting plans, and implementing solutions to optimize program execution.
