This role is preferred to be in either San Francisco or New York. The team is also open to remote.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager who can help lead our growth marketing programs for LinkedIn Learning globally. You will develop and own execution of full marketing funnel programs across awareness, product consideration and conversion programs. You will have the opportunity to identify and build out a product education content strategy, develop & produce external facing web resources to help prospects through the buyer journey. You will help support our strategy, testing and execution for x-channel campaigns (email, paid media, web & LinkedIn) to expand audience reach, shift key perceptions and increase purchase intent. This role is highly cross functional and will require heavy collaboration with channel marketers, regional, integrated marketing, sales, PMM and agency partners. Your success will be defined by your ability to develop thoughtful and impactful programs that deliver against business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing to develop and execute full funnel marketing campaigns that nurture prospects through the buyers’ journey and consistently shift key buyer perceptions and fuel the sales pipeline

Own global channel strategy for your relevant campaigns, including targeted digital, email, content, event, and web marketing

Collaborate with regional marketing teams on campaign localization for priority markets

Leverage an audience-centric approach to the customization of marketing programs for buyers, creating segmented assets as needed

Manage reporting, analysis and optimizations for campaigns in partnership with channel owners

Present regularly on program performance and learnings to Sales and Marketing stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated results

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B, performance marketing and / or product marketing. SaaS experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others – on any given day you will engage with other marketers, sales, agencies, and product

Adept at quantitatively measuring and communicating campaign effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

Strong narrative and content development skills

Expertise project managing, staying organized and very detail oriented.

Understanding of digital channels, content marketing & campaign best practices

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive projects from idea through execution

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is [$97,000 to $151,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
