The Retail Wireless department of Boost Mobile is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Marketing Investments. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing investment strategies to drive business growth and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will oversee the allocation of marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing investment strategies across channels to achieve business objectivesOversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across different marketing activities, campaigns, and channelsDevelop accurate forecasting models to project future marketing spend and performance, and generate regular reports to track key metrics and KPIsCollaborate closely with various stakeholders to align investment strategies with broader business prioritiesAnalyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI, CPO, CPGA, and conversion ratesProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing investments and improve campaign performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growthManage and mentor a team of marketing investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or AccountingMBA or Masters degree is a plus but not required8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy, investment planning, or financial analysis; preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment4+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and budgetsSkills and Qualifications:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metricsProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing investment strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levelsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and proficiency with financial tools (e.g., Orbit, Oracle), and knowledge of data science and statistical modeling techniques preferredUnderstanding of business financial and accounting concepts (accruals, GAAP principles, etc.)

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/YearBenefits
