Position Responsibilities

The Multimedia Production Manager manages the Firm's video production and broadcast studio facilities and is responsible for pre-production, production and post-production of high-quality video, multimedia content and broadcasts. This role partners closely with various internal teams to understand the creative brief for all multimedia projects and leads the planning, coordination, filming and delivery of engaging and informative audio and video content that effectively communicates the Firm's brand message and advances our marketing and communication efforts. This role requires a strong background in video production in a studio environment, attention to detail, excellent project management skills and a passion for storytelling.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand multimedia production needs and objectives
  • Effectively interpreting creative concepts and storyboards for videos to thoroughly plan and execute recordings that align with the Firm's brand and messaging
  • Coordinating and scheduling recording sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and equipment are available (which includes engaging and effectively managing external resources, vendors and other third parties)
  • Managing all aspects (end-to-end) of the audio and production process, including pre-production, production and post-production
  • Directing and supervising studio recording ensuring high-quality footage and audio are captured
  • Editing and enhancing video content using industry-standard software, ensuring a polished final product that is optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites and presentations
  • Collaborating with graphic designers, animators and other team members to incorporate visual elements into videos
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize studio workflow
  • Identifying best practices for audio and video production and evolving daily operations as necessary, staying up to date with industry trends
  • Maintaining a library of video assets and ensuring proper organization and archiving practices


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, major in Film Production, Communications or related discipline preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in similar role, preferably work in a studio recording environment in the financial services industry
  • Experience interfacing with executives and senior leadership in a recording environment
  • Experience working in live studio and broadcast control room with deep knowledge of video production techniques, equipment and technology, including cameras, lighting, audio mixers and teleprompter operations
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, including corporate videos, promotional videos and recorded interviews
  • Excellent organization, planning, communication, project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software
  • Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect

Compensation and Benefits
For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be . Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
