We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Director to join their Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing and programmatic advertising knowledge & experience.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead client relationships at the C-suite and VP level, drive campaign success, and leverage advanced technologies to optimize marketing performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, deliver presentations to C-suite and VP-level marketing leaders. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance and drive marketing success.

Performance Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with client goals. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.

Programmatic Advertising:

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising to design and implement effective programmatic strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure clients benefit from the latest innovations.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional service and achieves client objectives.

Technology Utilization:

Demonstrate expertise in using the Google tech stack and other technologies to enhance campaign performance. Continuously explore new tools and platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution.

Strategic Insights:

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights that inform client strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in client campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing

Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships at the C-suite and VP level.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.

Expertise in using the Google tech stack (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) and familiarity with programmatic technologies.

Experience working with external vendors

Deep understanding of marketing KPIs

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proven experience leading an accounts team in performance-driven paid media, preferably in Hospitality, Financial Services, Lead Generation, or similar verticals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

LOGISTICS

Hybrid Position : 3 days / week (Tues, Wed, and Thurs)

Compensation: $160,000-180,000 depending on experience + benefits
