to join our growing Marketing team in Arup’s West Geography. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the built environment and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that values creativity and innovation. This strategic role involves proposal direction and content creation, communicating Arup’s values, and contributing to various marketing activities. Our Marketing Specialist can be based in our Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or Oakland offices.Responsibilities:Proposal preparation: Lead the preparation of competitive proposals, qualification packages, and interview presentations.Client-focused strategies: Collaborate closely with leadership to develop client-focused winning strategies for proposals and statements of qualifications to successfully capture work.Pre-interview planning: Collaborate with design teams on pre-interview planning and presentation rehearsals. Assist in developing and implementing win strategies, themes, and discriminators in presentation materials.Marketing collateral development: Develop and maintain marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, project sheets, and resumes.Database management: Maintain CRM and SharePoint databases.Opportunity tracking: Identify and track new opportunities by monitoring targeted procurement sites of key clients and agencies.Event organization: Organize and support conferences, sponsorships, and key client events.Quality and standards: Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of graphic standards to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.Qualifications

:Minimum 3 years in the A/E/C industry, with experience in large-scale prime proposals.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Marketing.Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.Involvement with local A/E/C organizations is a plus.Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.Hiring Range -

The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles is $72,000 to $88,000 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
