Job Description:
Create and compile tracking codes and associated URLs to support Acquisition Evergreen paid media program
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
Plan and work directly with paid media agency to launch paid media campaigns via programmatic display, paid social and direct campaigns.
Organize asset repository of marketing assets including videos and images for associated campaigns
Responsibilities:
In the morning reviewing new/open issues raised from the tier one support
Partnering with commercials and operations to resolve issues based on prioritization
Onboarding new shippers
Commercial decisions required to unblock complex escalations
Working on continuous improvement of SOPs & Commercial material for our shippers to enhance the operational process
It’s a mix of customer service front line worker plus a bit of continuous improvement development
