CloudTrucks is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This critical role focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth through innovative marketing strategies and hands-on execution. You will work closely with our Head of Growth to optimize our acquisition funnels, execute performance marketing campaigns, and leverage analytics to inform and refine our strategies. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and is passionate about experimentation, performance, and automation.

Craft and implement marketing strategies across various channels (digital, email, social, content) to drive growth and meet lead generation goals.

Experimentation and Optimization:

Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Manage the end-to-end execution of these experiments to ensure actionable insights and iterative improvements.

Performance Marketing Campaigns:

Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, and retargeting efforts to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. Optimize these campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure cost-effective and high-impact results.

Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Collaborative Planning:

Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with overall business objectives.

Budget and Vendor Management:

Oversee paid media budgets and manage relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-impact marketing efforts.

Strategic Initiatives:

Develop business cases for new marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Who You Are:Experienced Marketer:

3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

Hands-On Executor:

Proven ability to manage and execute marketing experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis generation and test design to execution, analysis, and iterative improvement.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in leveraging marketing automation tools (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), online databases, and conversion rate optimization tools (i.e., Unbounce). Familiar with automation and enrichment platforms like Zapier, Clearbit, and Segment to streamline processes and drive growth.

Analytical Thinker:

Data-driven with a strong ability to generate actionable insights from data. Comfortable with data management, marketing analytics, and proficient in SQL for querying databases and performing in-depth data analysis.

Creative Problem-Solver:

You enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable processes. You’re comfortable with experimentation and leveraging data to drive decisions.

Strong Communicator:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and build strong partnerships.

Performance Marketing Specialist:

Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in-house, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and optimizing performance.

Nice To Have:Experience in the freight industry.

Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with customer journey mapping and personalization techniques.
