We are looking for a creative, motivated and passionate Product Marketer who can lead a team, drive vision, messaging, awareness, and product marketing strategy for our Tableau business. You will have demonstrable expertise in all areas of product marketing — product positioning & messaging, strategy and segmentation, customer & competitive intelligence, etc. You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong presentation skills, executive presence and ability to deal with ambiguity.Responsibilities

Lead the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for Tableau’s productsCollaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product launches and ensure alignment on product positioningDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategiesOversee the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and other assets to support product launches and ongoing marketing effortsWork closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate leadsPartner closely with product teams to shape differentiated product investments that drive innovation for our customers.Transform and operationalize internal and external marketing communications.Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisionsSupport the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, and case studies to drive the industry message.Translate our marketing & industry focused initiatives into actionable programs to help drive growth.Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizesLead, coach and motivate a team of highly engaged team that perform at the highest levels of their career, with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and change, and who feel empowered to create successful careers at Salesforce.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleDeep understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or related technology markets.Previous experience using Tableau products is a mustProven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in a fast-paced technology environmentExpertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders to drive product launches and meet business objectivesStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsStrong experience and ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customersAbility to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and/or Google Slides), product data sheets.Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging andpositioning for technology products.
