Senior Executive and Internal Communications Consultant This job is responsible for helping to develop and deliver internal and executive communications and employee engagement strategies to inform, engage and inspire our community of 4k employees to deliver on our purpose to improve health by providing access to quality care. Specifically, this role will partner with our Manager of Executive and Internal Communications to provide executive and internal communications support. * Insurance and/or health care experience preferred
salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Coordinates content and production of key enterprise-wide communications touchpoints, including all-employee Town Halls (virtual, hybrid and/or in-person)
Helps craft internal communications strategies and materials for company-wide initiatives, such as our annual strategy rollout
Works closely with our Corporate Communications team to create and execute thought leadership content aligned with Sarah Chavarrias executive leadership platform
Partners closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., People, Growth, Operations, Technology, Finance) to design targeted strategic communications programs to reach and engage their teams
Creates informative and engaging communications (e.g., key messages, all-employee communications, executive presentations, digital content and internal storytelling content) to support the organization's business and cultural priorities
