This position will work closely with our Design Center professionals in our Madison and Pewaukee locations. Responsibilities: • This position is responsible for assisting the Design Center Professionals in completing color selection paperwork, following up on questions/concerns from Customers and/or Trade Partners, and providing accurate department documentation • Strong collaboration with the DCP and Purchasing Department for accuracy of standard and custom options, and to maintain samples for the Design Center • Assist in hosting events held in the Design Studio, including, but not limited to, Design Previews. Some Saturday hours may be required for events • Onsite visits to ensure accuracy • Create visually appealing Design boards for Ready Homes • Must be available to work in our Milwaukee and Madison Design Studio on a weekly basis Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Excellent time Management and organization skills • Ability to comprehend detailed construction blueprints • Basic technology skills, including Microsoft Products and Outlook 365 • 1 year prior experience in Interior Design Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
