Role Description:The Senior marketing manager position will focus on the collaboration and development of strategies and tactics in concert with multiple internal and external stakeholders across our Corporate and Specialty business. The position will require a strong analytical skill set to identify opportunities with our corporate partners through performance analytics and reporting tools, and recommendations aligned with mutual company growth objectives. The position will work seamlessly with our Corporate and Specialty sales, commercial and medical leads leveraging effective strategic account planning principles to ensure corporate partner goals and business priorities are achieved. The position will interact and ideate with partner C-suite and marketing colleagues representing Zoetis. The colleague, along with the Corporate and Specialty Rx marketing lead, will engage and align the internal cross functional team to build, implement and measure account growth strategies against mutual objectives set by the account team. The position will require a significant degree of interaction and collaboration, along with a deep understanding of the following Zoetis headquarter stakeholders: Petcare Rx Marketing, Channel, Retail, Market Research, Diagnostics (Dx) Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance and Net Revenue Management teams. The position will also offer the colleague opportunities to work with and participate on several core teams involved in projects across the Zoetis business. In addition, this senior manager position will offer the colleague opportunities to engage and lead business development initiatives across our Corporate & Specialty marketing and medical teams. This position will report to the Corporate & Specialty Team Head of Marketing & Operations.Corporate and Specialty Senior Marketing - Partner Lead Responsibilities:Represent the Corporate and Specialty Team as the Partner / Customer facing lead across our Zoetis Petcare businessDevelop, implement and execute in-line marketing strategies and tactics at the field and corporate and specialty level to meet Zoetis growth/financial objectives.Actively engage partner marketing teams in account planning process - align objectives, co-create value, and develop new opportunities to drive growthLead quarterly reviews with partner marketing teams to measure impact of joint strategic plans, assess ROI and optimize for future successWork with Corporate and Specialty sales, commercial and medical teams on strategic planning and program delivery to create growth for key focus products and categoriesPartner with global market research to identify research opportunities to better understand corporate dynamics and future state of the business, leverage insights into scenario and operating planning processWork with the Corporate and Specialty Marketing Operations lead on forecasting and demand planning of key brands across Zoetis portfolio to ensure adequate inventory at partner level based on contractual agreementsPartner with internal stakeholders in executing Cross functional planning meetings that lead to the development of the Corporate and Specialty Operation Planning process - focusing on a 1 and 3-year tactical plan.Lead the development and coordination of brand campaign launches at the Corporate and Specialty level and ensure adoption, implementation, execution, and metrics are established.Participate in monthly Sales Operations and Corporate and Specialty meetings to ensure open communication and dialogue of Rx initiatives, activities, and field force updatesPartner with Learning and Development to create new hire training modules around our Corporate and Specialty business, partner overviews and Rx prioritiesLead the development, coordination, and presentation of Corporate and Specialty quarterly business reviews with Petcare marketing and medical teamsIn partnership with the Head of Marketing & Operations, assist in planning and development of key business reviews with internal HQ stakeholders such as Marketing leadership team, Petcare leadership team and US business leadership team.Corporate and Specialty Performance Analytics and Reporting Responsibilities:Develop appropriate KPI / metrics for evaluation of corporate and specialty strategies against goalsAssist in development of corporate and specialty marketing metrics dashboardLeverage market research reports, insights, and trends in developing actionable marketing plans that will drive mutual growth with our corporate and specialty partners across our Rx and Dx portfolioReview monthly sales and financial reports focusing on trends, emphasis products, potential focus areas and field force opportunitiesReview corporate and specialty specific reports focusing on sales, doses, field reach and frequency, top/bottom performing areas to leverage for growth opportunitiesAssist in preparing quarterly sales reach and frequency analysis for each region and area identifying internal opportunities within our corporate accountsDevelop and prepare quarterly business and performance updates/meetings for internal Zoetis teams, including Petcare leadership team meetingsWork with Corporate and Specialty sales/commercial and medical teams to prepare quarterly business and performance updates with our Partners to align/refine strategies and execution of programsQualifications:7+ years of Animal health marketing / customer experience required. Marketing degree preferred.Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and strong analytical skills

Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.Base Pay Range: $123,000 - $177,000This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
