CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A PET-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT***********MUST Need PORTFOLIO TO BE CONSIDERED*********Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience3 to 5+ years of experience working as an Art Director or similar creative role at an advertising or in-hour agency or similarStrong Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills for both digital and print design Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital channels, including social, e-commerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertisingStrong typography skillsMust have motion design skills, including After Effects, and animated GIFs.Familiarity with FigmaSkills:Strong conceptual thinker. Detail oriented.Excellent communication and presentation skills - PowerpointExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent project management skillsSelf-starter; can juggle multiple projects successfully
