Job Summary:
We are seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing efforts for our restaurant locations. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans and initiatives to drive sales and promote our brand within the local community. The ideal candidate will work closely with our operations team and the home office marketing team to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities, including increasing brand awareness and executing promotional campaigns
Identify market opportunities and develop customized solutions and action plans
Work with the operations team to promote brand campaigns and LSM initiatives
Execute sales-building initiatives and community relations opportunities
Provide feedback and insights on LSM activity and results
Collaborate with the Home Office Marketing team for support and guidance
Generate leads for LSM opportunities such as In-Store Fundraisers and Events
Manage local content and provide store teams with LSM guidance
Grow and engage local community through social media
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail environment at the field level
Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and influence decision-makers
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Highly interactive in social environments and knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Creative and able to effectively communicate ideas visually and verbally
