We are seeking a designer who can help align customers' needs, product strategy, and business goals. You will collaborate closely with product management, subject matter experts, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders in designing Ellipse, Engie's zero-carbon platform.Responsibilities:Implement research strategy (identifying challenges, conducting interviews, analyzing collected data, sharing insights, etc.)Define personas (identifying needs, pain points, opportunities)Identify and engage business stakeholders: understanding business needs and knowledge managementDesign user journeys in collaboration with product managers & fellow designers (user flows, wireframes, models, etc.)Prototype & user testing (Guerilla, A/B testing, etc.)Craft UI elements with the Design System for development teams (functional specifications, description of component behavior)UX monitoring (examples: dashboarding topics, report creation, data import/export, etc.)

Qualifications:What we are looking for:2+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS productsExperience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web applicationExperience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environmentGood listening skills to gather user need and good facilitating skills for internal workshopsBasic understanding of front end programming languages, such as HTML and CSS (coding not required)Mastery of your craft including strong visual & interaction design skills, prototyping, and UX best practicesFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesEntrepreneurial and team spiritExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLow ego and open-mindedQuick learner
