This role involves collaborating with the Client Engagement Group and other internal leaders to ensure that marketing initiatives align with client needs and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, client management and healthcare/benefits.The work is both strategic and tangible, creating and executing marketing tools and programs that are direct to clients and enable our client teams to thrive. As a strategic marketer, you know that driving engagement, retention and growth depends on you to be informed, curious and able to measure the impact of our efforts. You've spent enough time inside the healthcare/benefits industry to understand our buyers and serve them with effective marketing and communications.As a natural collaborator and promoter, you understand how to work with peers in Digital, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Events, Content, Creative and Project Management to deliver strategic marketing programs. You're a strong self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and share our team's "can do" energy, a strong commitment to quality and experience writing and editing communications.What you'll doMarketing strategy and execution: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with client engagement, retention and growth objectives and Quantum Health's strategic goals.Design and execute multi-channel marketing programming, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, events and more.Utilize market and client insights to inform marketing strategies and content to ensure they are relevant and effective.Collaborate with the creative, events and digital teams to develop and maintain marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and support client marketing objectives.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve effectiveness.Create playbooks, templates and tools to provide scalable support across the Client Engagement Group.Support the specific needs of strategic clients as needed.Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Client Engagement, Product, Events and Operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance client satisfaction, support enablement needs for the Client Engagement team, improve overall marketing effectiveness and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Program measurement and maintenance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using the learnings to continue to evolve the client marketing strategy.All other duties as assigned.What you'll bringEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related fieldAt least five years of related experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C marketing and/or communications rolesHealthcare, insurance or employer-sponsored benefits experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organizationProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelWorking knowledge of GenAI tools, Salesforce, HubSpot and project management toolsAble to occasionally travel, up to 10%Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.--#LI-AK1 #LI-Hybrid
