Fitness Studio ManagerWe are seeking a driven and approachable Fitness Studio Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a fitness studio, motivating a sales team, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.Responsibilities:Lead and drive overall effectiveness and efficiency of the studioHold team members accountable to all fitness standardsMaintain a safe and clean studio environmentConduct customer care calls and ensure proper onboarding of clientsManage and participate in marketing eventsProvide clear direction and leadership for the studio and team membersHire, onboard, and train studio staffPlan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly membership goalsMeasure key performance sales indicatorsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of sales or fitness management experienceExcellent customer service skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to work retail hours as neededPassion for health and wellness*This employment opportunity is with one of the largest independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness Franchise, OT Growth Partners.
