Responsibilities:Assisting in Local Store Marketing efforts to support store sales growthWorking with Field Marketing team to execute brand promotions and campaignsManaging Local Store Marketing activities for a single locationIdentifying market opportunities and developing customized solutionsPromoting brand campaigns and initiativesProviding regular feedback and insights on marketing activityGenerating leads for marketing opportunitiesOwning marketing tactics and managing local contentGrowing engagement on local social media pagesRequirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field1 year of experience in restaurant or retail environmentKnowledge of brand building and sales-driving initiativesStrong organizational and relationship-building skillsHighly motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work outside the store as needed for marketing activitiesCreative and able to communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writingAbout us:The Torchy's legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with a food trailer.
