James Monroe Homes is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

This position plays a critical role in our company, as it will manage both the sales team and all marketing efforts. The individual will report directly to the President of the company and will be a member of the executive team and contribute to the growth and culture of our company.

We also offer a base salary of $80,000, along with performance bonuses and a profit-sharing program. Align strategies, responsibilities, and activities with our corporate goals to ensure the company meets and exceeds their sales and revenue projectionsBe a leader and drive sales; excellent leadership skills with proven ability to lead a team to meet quotasProvide leadership by assessing processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing themMotivate and provide ongoing support to the sales teamBuild and promote strong, long-lasting realtor relationshipsManage the sales process by ensuring contracts are accurate and effective updates are provided in a timely manner to secure closingsCollaborate with the executive team to develop sales forecasts in line with the overall business expectations and planCoordinate the development and implementation of new campaigns, programs and tools for our online and digital marketing of our new homesOversee the opening of all new home model centersExcellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with speed, precision, and accuracyEvaluate individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededConduct weekly sales meetings and community visits to build and maintain an ongoing understanding of community sales status, traffic updates, and opportunitiesResolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operationsEnsure effective communication with our marketing resources to produce effective marketing contentPerform competitive market analysis of communities/amenities, product, pricing, and standard features to make recommendations to optimize sales resultsProduce and evaluate sales and marketing KPI’s on monthly basisEnsure process and procedures are adhered to and adjust as necessary to ensure an efficient flow of information within the company software to all partiesEnsure job expectations and periodic performance goals are clearly understood by each team member. The Sales Team is monitored and coached on a weekly basis through their one-on-one meetings in a planned encounter.Coaches Sales Team via instruction, role-playing, and interactive discussionOwn the CRM process and ensures engagement of sales team with use of the programPosition Requirements and Qualification:

Self-starter that wants to own the sales operation and take it to the next levelSkilled in sales, training, and motivationAnalytical and innovative in using data to create successful strategiesWell-versed in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in high-volume production homebuilding operationMinimum 5 years managerial experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust possess integrity and high moral qualitiesMust be calm, collected, and under control with a positive professional attitudeMust pass background and drug screening
