Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer or someone looking for a career change to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. Your role will involve telemarketing, sales administration, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying potential clients and reaching out to them through telemarketing efforts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining policy details and answering any questions or concerns
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and insurance applications
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with underwriters to obtain necessary information for policy issuance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes and proposals
